2021 is the year of the “Dark Kitchen”.
Dark Kitchens are known by many names, they are also called cloud kitchens, virtual kitchens, delivery-only restaurant and Ghost restaurant. In fact, all these names mean the same thing: a restaurant with no physical location, consisting only of a kitchen and a website or link to a delivery service such as Thuisbezorgd, Deliveroo or Uber Eats. Customers can therefore not come to this restaurant to eat out or to pick up their order. In fact, it functions as an online store for meals.
The special and young company Falafellow was founded during the first Corona Lockdown. The production location is located at the NDSM wharf in Amsterdam North and the concept has become a true success in a very short time. Within the concept (with its own recipe for the falafel) the focus is mainly on the delivery of salads and sandwiches with falafel.
Although a lease has been concluded in accordance with 7:290, the tenant and landlord aim for a flexible lease with mutual termination options. The buyer of the Falafellow concept can therefore continue at the present location or decide to continue the concept elsewhere. In this way you can easily add good turnover to an existing company
Takeover Exploitation & Concept: € 75.000
Including the company layout and inventory, the turnover as realized by Falafellow and Kebabushka as well as the recipe of the falafel, possibility of production in bulk, the website of the company, socials and all other intellectual properties. Falafellow is protected and registered as such.
Reservation: Approval of owner and, in case of takeover leases, also landlord.
